Can I return or exchange my item?
Unfortunately, returns and exchanges are not accepted. Your order is a made to order limited time offer.
How can I contact customer support?
For questions, please contact our customer care service via email at customerservice@iceboxmail.com. You can also call us at 1-404-665-2440.
When will I get tracking information?
You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your package ships, via the email you used to place your order. Make sure to check all inboxes, including your spam folder, if you can’t find your shipping confirmation. Please note it can sometimes take up to 3 days for your tracking link to update.
What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
Orders will start shipping the week of March 3rd. You will receive a tracking email once your order has shipped.
Why is it only allowing me to select one item?
The Journey to World Class website allows you to select one complimentary apparel item and receive a free mouse pad. Please note that additional purchases for these items are not available.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact customerservice@iceboxmail.com to make any desired changes. We will try our best to cancel or make any changes you would like before your order has shipped.
Can I change my password?
When logging in you can hit "Forgot Password" above the password form and it will prompt you for your email. After entry and submission it will send a password reset to the email entered.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please contact customerservice@iceboxmail.com to make any desired changes as soon as possible. Changes cannot be accepted after the purchased item is prepared and shipped.
Can I ship my order to a PO box?
Unfortunately, no. We can only ship to physical addresses.
Can I see my order history?
Yes. Once logged in, you can click on the person icon and view your account. From here you can access your order history in the account dashboard.
What if the item I receive is damaged or defective?
Please contact customerservice@iceboxmail.com with your order number and photo(s) to receive personalized support.
I have a question, and I haven’t seen it answered in the FAQ. Can I call or email someone to assist me?
